I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Hong Hanh and her assistant. The office seemed to lack modern technology, which affected the efficiency and quality of the visit. Additionally, the dental assistant was unprofessional and unpleasant, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. From all the reviews, I thought this place would be good. But it wasn't. I switched dental places because this was closer to my home. I was taken in and got my xrays done. They put me in a room next to someone else who was getting their teeth done. There was no divider between us, just a big dental machine. I can literally hear everything about the other patient's medical issues. HIPPA violation & Not sanitary at all! After my xrays were done, the dentist came and looked at my teeth.
