I checked in at 9:52 AM for my 10:00 AM appointment and was clearly the first person there. Instead of honoring the appointment order, they called in someone who arrived after me. I was left sitting there for an entire hour past my scheduled time with no explanation and no apology. I checked in at 9:52 AM for my 10:00 AM appointment and was clearly the first person there. Instead of honoring the appointment order, they called in someone who arrived after me. I was left sitting there for an entire hour past my scheduled time with no explanation and no apology. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Don’t offer appointments if you’re not going to respect them. You wasted my time, and I will not be coming back!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Hong Hanh and her assistant. The office seemed to lack modern technology, which affected the efficiency and quality of the visit. Additionally, the dental assistant was unprofessional and unpleasant, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. The cleaning process was extremely rough and caused unnecessary discomfort, including bleeding gums. It felt rushed and lacking in care.
