I've lived at a Pioneer Enterprise property for over a year now and still have 2 years on my lease. What I have experienced is unsafe and shameful. When I moved in my apartment was filthy. There was sticky gross something on the floors, the sink has cigarette butts in it, the place was infested with roaches and my fridge did not work. I viewed this apartment a couple times, and specifically asked for the apartment to be cleaned. Pioneer is a great management company and now I see that their reputation backs that up (ignore yelp reviews, I tried to leave one and it doesn't even show!) These guys are good.
Pioneer Enterprises was great to work with! Ahmed and Bridgette helped me find a tenant for one of my rental properties. They were excellent at communicating, setting clear expectations, and reacting to market conditions. Their process for vetting tenants and providing detailed information on applicants was extremely helpful!
I had such an easy experience with this company, more specifically Nicole. I felt like a real human being with them and not just another number. It was refreshing to have something go so seamlessly and i’ll be looking for my next home with this same company when the time comes. Thanks so much nicole!
Pioneer enterprises is the best rental property management company by far in the dmv area Bridgette at the front desk especially helped walk me thru the entire list of properties to see which one would suit me best thank again Bridgette !
