Their customer service is so terrible that I had to cancel my account before anything was even installed. They cancel appointments without telling you, lie about pricing, change contracts after you agree to terms, and in the supervisor James in their phone customer support is such a liar.
Hard to understand the Help Desk when they're in another country
I have not had their services since October of 2020, and they still send me bills and threaten to send it collections. EVERY SINGLE MONTH! I spoke with a supervisor in the billing department in December who even agreed on a recorded line, that I in fact did terminate my services with them, and to disregard any further bills, and that they would take care of it on their part.
