The fiber internet is great and the tech support was friendly and helpful
Switched to Dobson Fiber and the next day pioneer cellular guys came and dug up Dobson’s cable causing our WiFi to go offline. Pioneer finally has competition and instead of improving their own services or prices they’re actively making the experience of their former customers worse.
I ordered the self installation kit and Pioneer helped answer all my questions and helped me over the phone! They were very kind and so helpful, not giving up until the problem was solved! Very good service with kind workers!
