pioneer carpet went above and beyond in customer service, Joann took great care of us from purchase to after the installation, and Tim Shelton is a master craftsman when it comes to carpet installation, we has a lot of angles and not so straight forward job, and Tim carefully did an incredible work of art. Trustworthy is a word I would use with this company. My husband and I were very comfortable in working with the staff. They were amazing. The company has a lot of choices to choose from.
