This place is horrible the sales rep for metal roofing named Kristi Is horrible, a very rude woman. Talking to her on the phone was absolutely ridiculous. She talks like she could care less about the customers, not informative at all very stuck on her own person opinion and not actual facts. The information she gave was very misleading.. she seemed very uneducated and I am not sure why this person is employed here. I highly recommend Tumwater location over this one. I called this company to see if we could afford doing a small project. I briefly explained that we only needed a small portion of materials and would be putting it together ourselves. I wasn’t asking for an exact quote — just a very rough ballpark so we could tell if it was even in our wheelhouse budget-wise. only went once but they were helpfull.friendly.and had the match to some older shingles i needed for a roof ad on and priced well below big.box store atleast for what i needed ill check there first for my.next building aupply needs
