I had purchased a home that was being sold as an “As Is “ property. After appraisal inspection it was determined the basement wall had a slight bow and was cracked. I contacted Pioneer who immediately responded with an inspection and noted what needed to be done. I thought the basement would need to be dug up but they stated since it was not greater than 2” they could install a Fortress Stabilization system. We live in a duplex that we bought in 2020 that already had a Pioneer Basement Solutions basement waterproofing solution in place. We just recently noticed there was some slight cracking in the concrete patching with some obvious water seepage and mold forming.
