Fantastic service. The previous owner of our home had the waterproofing done YEARS ago. Drew came out, inspected, and repaired the problem quickly with no questions asked. He was professional, polite and left no messes behind. He also gave us some tips on things we could do outside to prevent any future problems. He went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend using this company!

I have had a great experience with this company! They provide excellent customer service and are very responsive. Drew came out to look at our property and was so extremely helpful and professional. We felt he really cared and did everything he could to help our situation. He did great work! We also gained helpful insight due to his knowledge in the field. I highly recommend Pioneer Basement Solutions! Drew S*** came out to our home to check on a bit of water that came in after the recent rain/storms and went above and beyond to insure our waterproofing was still up par! He climbed through nasty crawl spaces, checked the sump pump, drains and even offered suggestions on how to fix our issue which turned out to be a simple gutter issue. I am VERY thankful for Drew and I’ve already recommended him to friends/family! Thank you Drew!!!

Drew S*** from pioneer basement solutions came out to check why we were having water in our basement. He found that our downspout was leaking and replaced it. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He believes that this was the problem. I would definitely recommend them. He is definitely an asset to the company.

Pioneer Basement’s service tech, Drew Seal made a call to our home on Wed 4/19. We scheduled an appointment to have a sump pump tested and he quickly determined it was still operating properly and there was no need for concern. So I said, while you’re here I should probably have you check the other one as well. Good thing because he showed me where It was faulty and he was able to replace it within 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable, courteous & efficient and I give Drew - Five ?? - ******* * ** ******

The entire Pioneer team exceeded our expectations from the first contact with Josh for the estimate, all the way through completion. Drew and Brandon, and the rest of the crew, were simply amazing. They were friendly and respectful and they kept the communication open during the whole process. It’s hard to find people who really care about their customers anymore, but you can tell that they really do! I would hire them again in a heartbeat! But luckily, with the lifetime warranty, I won’t have to!! Thank you all!
