Came down today and walked out with my new Chevy! The test drive was great , smooth and fast transaction. RB was the best. Should definitely check them out . You won’t be disappointed!

Great service and responsive staff. I live in New England and I found Pioneer Auto online as I was in the market for a Honda Element. They sent me a bunch of extra photos/videos and were very easy to work with. I ended up purchasing a vehicle closer to me, but I was prepared to fly down to Georgia for one of their cars.
I really wanted this to be a good review but even as much as I liked RB as a person, I can’t give more than 1 star. I read so many glowing reviews and RB made the buying process really easy, unfortunately the car has been a money pit. I bought an ‘09 Cadillac DTS and it had a clean Carfax, with only 52k miles and was told it had no known issues. I’m seeing other reviews talking about how sketchy this place looks. Yes. The entire city looks that way!!! The owner is a really cool, hard working, honest man, who built his business from the ground up. If you can look past the appearance of the lot, you’re going to have a great buying experience.
