Great service and responsive staff. I live in New England and I found Pioneer Auto online as I was in the market for a Honda Element. They sent me a bunch of extra photos/videos and were very easy to work with. I ended up purchasing a vehicle closer to me, but I was prepared to fly down to Georgia for one of their cars.
I really wanted this to be a good review but even as much as I liked RB as a person, I can’t give more than 1 star. I read so many glowing reviews and RB made the buying process really easy, unfortunately the car has been a money pit. I bought an ‘09 Cadillac DTS and it had a clean Carfax, with only 52k miles and was told it had no known issues.
