It was an ease working with Jim from start to finish. Pioneer goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. From the start of the claims process, to securing a rental vehicle, and delivering my car back to me days before it was supposed to be done. Pioneer even went so far as to pay my deductible. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of repairs and the overall experience. I won’t take my car anywhere else for hail and other paint-less dents.
This is the best repair shop in town. Jim knows what he's doing and gets the repairs done fast. He's super fair and reliable. I won't take my car to any other repair shop after my experience there.
