Hit deer a few years ago and repairs were equally as great. Hope I can stay away from there for another few years but would definitely return if I had another accident. 0 Star : My Experience Brought may car here because other repair facility was not communicating with me. I contacted Pioneer and they seemed very accommodating. Dropped off my car on Mon, July 19th. On Thurs I decided to call for an update since I was not given a cust # to track on line. I got voice mail when I called...NO ONE called me back. On Monday, I tried again.
