The water is dirty they only have one washer they didn't give me a key to my mailbox so all my mail got stolen or lost the landlord never answers the phone and I met only one friend and honestly he was a black man
Unfortunately this building is over priced for what they offer and the amount of upgrades and repairs it is in need of!!! Window leak and you can’t close them. Bathrooms have mold and kitchens need upgrades! Laundry is outside and in the basement! Washing machines and dryers need to be replace. No security!!! No parking!!!
Super old building they keep raising rent but don’t renovate apartments. Homeless people sleep in the laundry rooms, people smoke cigarettes in the hall ways and nobody cares. don’t live here lol how do you raise rent to almost 200$ more in a studio apartment. Disgusting greedy people
