I don’t know where to start with my review as my experience with Eric has been nothing short of amazingly perfect. Eric made an extremely difficult real estate venture, virtually stress free and FUN. He went out of his way to show us every detail of every property he looked at FOR us. I’ve been renting from Pinwheel Properties for nearly a year. They are great to work with and address any needs promptly. They rent is in line with current market rates and the property is clean and up to date. I plan to continue renting from them for a few years.
Since moving into East Bay apartment complex last November my experience here has been nothing but a pleasure thanks to property manager Eric Eisen. He is attentive, hands on, communicative and takes pride in the properties that he manages. I highly recommend Pinwheel Properties!
The place is great! I have been here for 2 years, and Eric is always on top of any issue that come up. I have seen countless improvements to the building, and living area around.
