Pintail is the property manager of our current rental house. Our experience has been very positive since the beginning as the team (Chad, Karan, Sabrina and Rose) are all professional and pleasant. Chad and his crew are honest, hard working, reliable and easy to communicate with at a fair price. I have personally managed properties for 40 years so I knew what I was looking for when it came time to step back from the hands on management. I was concerned I would not be able to find someone who knew the laws, treated tenants fairly and treated our properties like it was their own. Chad and the Pintail team has meet my expectations and performed with the highest degree of integrity.
We started using Pintail Property Management last year, to let our house out while we retired abroad. We were initially nervous about how that would work out, across several time zones, but Chad and his amazing team have calmed our nerves and proven to be wonderful stewards and managers of our home. They have been extremely patient and accommodating with several challenges we have faced. They handle themselves very professionally, communicating with clarity as and when needed. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
I’m actually sad to be selling my mom’s house after renting it for several years because I won’t be contact with Chad and the Pintail staff as much! They have been trustworthy, kind, knowledgeable, responsive and honest!
Working with Pintail was a delight, they made the tenant application and move in process extremely fast and easy. Kudos in particular to Karan who took extra care during the walk through process to be thorough and was super knowledgeable and helpful.
