What an amazing experience!
My first experience with Pins and Needles for my daughters prom dress. The staff is friendly and very professional. Dress was perfectly altered and ready with plenty of time! I highly recommend Pins and Needles and I will likely be back every year!! Thank you!
DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH PINS & NEEDLES. I dropped off two bridesmaids dresses nearly TWO months ago for simple alterations. We were told that they would be finished mid-July. It's now August 3rd and they still haven't been touched. When I called to ask why they weren't ready yet (and if they could possibly bump them to the top of the priority list, since they're already two weeks behind) the owner was INCREDIBLY rude and offered no concern or help. We fly out for my sisters wedding (in Oahu) in less than 11 days and at ... read more

We aim to have the final fitting for formal wear to be two weeks to four weeks prior to the event but this is flexible and as you can imagine summer is a busy time for us. When we get formal wear garments in, we put them in order from the time due and…See More
Good work. But be prepared to pay threw the nose and then some for simple work. Over priced!
Business response:
Thanks for the feedback Mikki. Some repairs seem more simple than they are. We're sorry you were surprised by the cost; we are working to put quotes out first so no one is caught off guard so thank you for that input!
These women do amazing work!! They hustled my wedding dress last year! I will defitnitly tell all my friends
Business response:
You looked great Shiona! Thanks for sending pictures :D
Great service today when I took a brand new piece of luggage in for repair. Zipper broke the first time I used it. They will fix it easily! Highly recommend this company.
Business response:
We always try to help! Thanks Peggy
I got married August 15th, 2015. I had my baby in March of that year and was no longer able to fit into my wedding dress. Pins and needles took my dress and made it work for me on my special day, which made my day so special. I was able to fit into it and keep the dress I picked out. I was happy with everything they did. They were very affordable for everything that they did to my dress but adding extra parts to my dress so I could fit into it and putting sleeves on and much more . No bad experiences. My dress was super dupe... read more

Thanks so much Mysti! Beautiful gown <3
Was told one price for bridesmaids dresses when the girls were there getting fitted, but when dresses were finished the price had gone up significantly. They refused to explain why and simply said that's how much you owe. My wedding dress had marks all over it that were blue. The owner was by no means overly friendly. They are recommend by big boutiques, but if you talk with individual customers many are Unsatisfied.
