Mark Smith at Pin Point Roofing has helped us in the past. This summer, we had a leak in our historic house museum. Caleb Watkins at Pin Point Roofing came out and took the time to investigate both the attic and the roof. He discovered the issue and showed us digital pictures of the problem. Pinpoint replaced attic vent fans last year at a very reasonable cost. I mistakenly thought one of fans was not running. I called and Mark Smith came out and checked the units. He explained why one of fans may not come on with other. I really appreciated this company standing behind their work, a rare thing these days. I highly recommend this company for roofing work.

Mark at Pinpoint personally took great interest and the initiative to help overcome an insurance company denial of our claim and helped connect us with an independent adjuster who backed our claim as legitimate.
