Our lift went down mid-delivery on a Friday afternoon. Panicking, I figured it couldn't hurt to TRY and get someone out. I called and spoke to Eric at Pinpoint Diagnostics. I explained our issue as best I could using highly technical terms like "the long black thingy" and trying to mimic noises the lift made by making sounds I didn't know were humanly possible.
