I have been going to this salon for over 10 years and was very happy. Unfortunately this last cut was awful and when I mentioned something they did not even bother to credit me or discount it. I am going away and my hair looks like my son cut it. I literally cried when I got home. I have bangs and now they are uneven and extremely short, my layers won’t style at all.
