My sister just had prom and we went to this salon after being highly disappointed by another hair salon. It was a last minute appointment and they thankfully squeezed us in. Pino came to our rescue and gave my sister an amazing updo. All of the staff were super friendly, kind and kept complimenting on the progress of her hair. I have been going to this salon for over 10 years and was very happy. Unfortunately this last cut was awful and when I mentioned something they did not even bother to credit me or discount it. I am going away and my hair looks like my son cut it. I literally cried when I got home. I have bangs and now they are uneven and extremely short, my layers won’t style at all.
