Everything is great about this place MINUS the elevator! The PM Alexis has done everything she can about it but man it goes down way too much. Outside of that Pinnex units are one of the best in the city.

Not looking to move until April of 2026 but came to Pinnex. I was interested in learning more about the studio and Alexis was happy to provide me with all the information and then some. I liked how the bedroom is separate from the living/kitchen space and the balcony is double the size of a standard balcony. You still get a full kitchen, laundry room and walk in closet.
