I’ve been living here and have had an amazing experience! It’s a great apartment community! Sky, the property manager, takes the time to get to know the residents, and both Sky and Darrell from maintenance are friendly, responsive, and always quick to take care of anything that needs attention. They really do a great job. Highly recommend!
Excellent management, property is well maintained, and maintenance requests are answered quickly. Couldn’t ask for more.
As renters in the Pinnex community, we believe that property management and maintenance services should take priority over all the "extra" amenities provided. We have been at Pinnex for about 2 months now. I can’t say enough great things about Sky. He has done a fantastic job of making sure Pinnex is the best place to be. He is always going above and beyond for us. Darrell has also been wonderful for fixing any issues we have had. He is quick to respond and does a wonderful job. We are thankful for both of them making our move smooth and enjoyable!
