As renters in the Pinnex community, we believe that property management and maintenance services should take priority over all the "extra" amenities provided. We have been at Pinnex for about 2 months now. I can’t say enough great things about Sky. He has done a fantastic job of making sure Pinnex is the best place to be. He is always going above and beyond for us. Darrell has also been wonderful for fixing any issues we have had. He is quick to respond and does a wonderful job. We are thankful for both of them making our move smooth and enjoyable!
We’ve had a great experience working with Sky. He has always been professional, responsive, and very accommodating to our team throughout the entire process. The property itself has been wonderful to work on. The units are spacious and very well maintained. We truly appreciate the opportunity!
I could not say enough good things about Sky - we moved in with conditions that we did not love but he stepped in, handled EVERYTHING to perfection, and truly has mastered the art of being an incredible property manager. We love love love our place and mostly in part to all of the help from Sky and can't wait to live here for years to come! :)
