This is a bad company to deal with. I ordered a PCI card with a description that was different from the part #. I searched for the part # and the one I ordered showed in the search but they shipped a different model #. It did not function correctly and so I tried to return it. They were difficult to contact and tried to charge me a restocking fee when they shipped the wrong card. A 100% complete waste of time. Purchased TV online and 5 days later after I called 3 three times they tell me it's out of stock but they can send an open box inferior model. Uh, no thanks. And thanks for reminding me why I shop on Amazon and B&H Photo. They actually deliver what they promise. All Yelp reviews are 1 star for Pinnacle....so buyer beware. I will buy the TV somewhere else.
BEWARE of Piunnaclemicro! They advertise products they do not have in stock, take your order (including critical personal and credit card information), send an order confirmation then, several days later, tell you the item was not in stock.
