I was a patient at this practice for several years. I was fairly happy with my provider initially, but came to find out that each time I went in for an annual visit, if I would mention any additional concerns/questions, she would immediately order very expensive testing, also through UPMC, and sometimes which my insurance didn't cover. The CRNP I had been seeing here retired, pushing me into the “care” of other providers in this office. Since she retired, I have had 3 office visits with the other providers in the past month where we discussed my medications, health, etc. The nurse practitioners here abruptly stopped filling my anxiety medication that I have been taking as needed since 2015. It is the only medication that helps when I have a panic attack or crippling anxiety that will not cease. They ignored my medication refill request on the portal. When ... read more
Probably the worst Doctors office I have ever been to. Terrible service, and they can’t keep any doctors on staff for more than 6 months it seems. There’s definitely reasons this place has availabilities and other places don’t. Don’t waste your time. Spend your money elsewhere
I loved my appt with Dr Groff. He is very easy to talk with and listens to his patients needs.
