I loved my appt with Dr Groff. He is very easy to talk with and listens to his patients needs.
My experience with Dr. Odoom was deeply disappointing and uncomfortable. From the moment I stepped into the exam room, she did not greet me or offer any warmth — something that should be basic courtesy, especially in healthcare. Dr Odoom was not right in the head, she laughed a lot during the visit prescribed me dog pills, as I complained of back pain, stared at me like she wanted to have a problem, last time I checked I was "the patient", none of my issues were taken seriously, she kept telling me she feels the same feelings that I'm feeling on her body? She didn't have a solution to anything that I was stating, mentioned and told me that I needed to seek therapy or find a new therapist because I'm crazy!
I tried calling them at this clinic and kept me waiting for 30 minutes and kept transferring my call to 2-3 people and at the end when someone finally asked me about my concerns and she literally was not giving any response and went mute maybe and tried multiple times if the call was still connected but no response. I would not recommend this primary care clinic as they were totally neglecting the call.
