Nestled among trees, running brooks, quiet day and night. Excellent maintenance staff-prompt and courteous. The price is exceptionally reasonable for the apartment floor plan that you select.
I appreciate how the management team is always respectful nice and courteous whenever I speak to them. We had a couple of concerns today and our manager addressed them. Makes all the difference in the world.
Our apartment was immaculate and in even better condition when we moved in, and they still screwed us out of our deposit. We originally paid an administrative fee for our application three years ago, and then took it from us again from our deposit when we moved out. Their staff is incompetent and is always undergoing management changes, so they're never going to be on the same page as you, even if you've lived there for three years. Pinnacle Woods's is a great place to live! I've had many friends live here and have heard nothing but great things. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help! I would recommend this complex to anyone!
I had a very hard time leaving pinnacle! It's very reasonably priced with a great staff and maintenance. The apartments are in great condition and all of my maintenance requests were done immediately. The apartments are also very spacious, good amount of storage, and have a lot of windows for natural light. If it wasn't for my family moving to a house, I would have never left! I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in town. If you're looking for a new home, this would be the best place!
