I received a bill saying a procedure I had done was not covered by my insurance. I spoke to my insurance who let he know it was in fact covered and they simply needed the office to resubmit with the codes flipped. I’ve battled this office for months now getting passed back and forth. Billing says they do not handle codes and the medical assistant needs to fix. If you’re looking for a place to comfort you and help along the process, look elsewhere. Horrible front desk staff. Wife was hesitant to move clinics and heard from a friend that this place was friendly (from 3 years ago), so we made the phone call to schedule an appointment. The lady on the phone kept cutting us off and spoke in a condescending tone the entire time. After rudely answering two questions, she abruptly hung up on us without a ‘have a good day!’ at least.

Extremely Unprofessional Front Office – Avoid If You Value Respect I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this OB-GYN office. Dr. Brotsky is truly one of my favorite people. She delivered two of my three children, and I trust her completely. She always takes the time to answer all my questions, and I feel very lucky to have found her. Because of the excellent care she provides, I give the office 5 stars—what matters most is the health of me and my babies. Unfortunately, I’ll be looking for a new healthcare provider. Scheduling my annual check-up was difficult from the start—I waited two months for an appointment, then spent 90 minutes in the lobby despite arriving on time. Dr. Maccleary is nice but deceitful at times. She shows interest on you if you are pregnant or planning on it but other than that not really.
