I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a Groupon and scheduling an appointment. It is almost impossible to reach anyone by phone and when you do there is confusion as to the policies and actual services; not to mention the fact that I waited at the front desk for a good while before being greeted and given directions for my first visit. I heard many different versions of the service, availability and how to use the Groupon. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I will not be returning.

Fantastic! Great atmosphere! Everyone was welcoming! Our massage was better then we expected! It provided so much relief, my back was such a problem prior & I don't think one massage would do it, but if really did make me feel so much better, so relaxed & I wasn't uncomfortable at all. The Infrared sauna was a great addition. We are looking forward to the doctors dinner and learning more about their other services. We definitely feel after this experience that massage should be a part of our monthly routine. We will be back!... read more
