This company is getting worse. The communication with the office staff is a joke. They all blame each other for their screw ups. Since being with them I have requested they notify me so I can be present when treatments are being done. I requested this because a previous company charged me for treatments not done. Thanks to my neighbours cameras she let me know. This has been my request since day 1 with them. Kyle showed up unannounced, no notification at all. We were not home. Great job pruning an overgrown apple tree including branches overhanging an neighbours property. The guys managed an aesthetically pleasing result despite working in incredible heat. Everything cleaned up and the tree looks great.
My first experience with this company was excellent. Recently I called them to come and help one of my Skyrocketing Junipers that had uprooted and needed to be replanted. Chad arrived and gave me a quote which I accepted. That was more than 6 weeks ago and they have not shown up. I finally cancelled the order because the tree is dying. Do not use this company.
We have been using Pinnacle for several years -- they had originally done some great work in pruning and maintaining some trees on our property, and we have additionally engaged with them for seasonal application of fertilizer. Chad is very knowledgeable and was nice to work with in our early days of tree maintenance planning. That said, communication with this company is ... difficult and sparse.
