Been living here for a year and a half and love it.
We have only been here for about 6 months. The entire office staff is very professional and pleasant. Lauren was excellent as well throughout the entire new residency process.
We have been residents at Pinnacle Town Center for 13 months, and just renewed our lease for another 15 months. The staff are professional, attentive, and compassionate. We worked with Lauren when we initially signed for our apartment, and it was her attitude, professionalism, and insight that solidified our ultimate decision. We just mined in October and so far so good. Even prior to out move Bryan and his staff made sure that they were available and accessible when necessary. The neighborhood is quiet and the maintenance responds super quick. I’d refer this property to anyone seeking a nice new home.
Nice large apartments, our 2 bedroom w/loft looks like a townhouse. We have been here over 2 years and never had an issues with the rental office or the area. I love the fact that we can walk to the stores and eat out with not having to drive. I love the pool the most, we have 2 kids and in the summer the pool is our hanging spot. They have 2 big grills and we cookout often. I would recommend this complex to people who want to live in the Germantown area.
