Now is 2:30 AM and I cannot sleep with this smell of garbage entering my unit!!!!!!!!!!! This building is one of the worst buildings to rent!!! Lots of problems: Smell garbage Pay for visitor parking . . . I am not satisfied. The smell of garbage is so strong that it has entered the units and the management's response is that residents throw away large, loose or untied garbage bags, which is incompatible with this strong and constant smell. A few months after we moved in, management suddenly introduced paid visitor parking at $2 per hour, which was never mentioned when we rented here. Instead of addressing unauthorized parking, residents and their guests who follow the rules are now being penalized. Just two weeks ago, management also implemented a Visitor Parking Pass policy requiring visitors to pick up a parking pass, and each apartment was entitled to 14 parking passes (or days) per month. I am not satisfied. The smell of garbage is so strong that it has entered the units and the management's response is that residents throw away large, loose or untied garbage bags, which is incompatible with this strong and constant smell. The management can't get rid of the smell from the garbage chute room at all and the cleaning staff sprays a lot of air freshener every day which is harmful to breathe in.
