Two weeks ago, I had total knee replacement surgery at Pinnacle Surgery Center with Dr. Sean Gallagher, and my experience could not have been better. Each person I encountered during my time there was kind and attentive, answered any questions I had, and made me feel comfortable and confident I was in good hands. Special shoutouts to pre-op nurse Brooke, anesthesiologist Spencer, and recovery room nurse Sean! Everyone was terrific and I would not hesitate to go there again and recommend this facility wholeheartedly.
Spent a few hours last Tuesday at Pinnacle Surgery Center for a basal joint arthroplasty (sad thumb joint). My driver was able to drop me off at a patient drop off spot and picked me up at the same place a few hours later. In between, the staff, nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor all took great care of me. They made check in seamless and easy, hooked me up to necessary lines and explained all the aspects of the procedure and what was needed so i knew what was about to happen. Smooth, very smooth! Excellent patient care and staff
The whole staff here is so amazing. From the start they make you feel at ease and go through everything step by step and make sure all your questions are answered and that the surgical experience is the best it can be.
This surgery center was amazing!! Believe me, it takes ALOT to impress me!! My son had his tonsils removed by Dr Yium here. The surgery was very early in the morning so we were welcomed by the nurse as we went up the elevator with her to the office. She was very friendly even at 6:30 in the morning! She front office was nice and the pre op and post op nurses were all great! My son was naturally cold when he came out of surgery and they even had a nice portable heater to warm him up!
