Chris was very helpful and friendly! The storage unit was easy to access and very clean.
Chris at the front desk was a LIFESAVER! We have a storage unit at Pinnacle Storage and this weekend we were moving some furniture into the unit. Little did we know that our lock was old/rusted on the inside and our key ended up breaking off inside the lock… Chris was able to cut off the old lock within 3 minutes!! He was very nice and willing to help us out immediately! I HIGHLY recommend Pinnacle not only for their new/clean facility but, their world-class staff!!
