This is a HORRIBLE place to call home, the front office Staff is very rude and disrespectful, The neighbors are very RATCHET and HOOD. Trust me when I say that the Kids can t come out side and play without others kids bullying and harassing them, and nothing is never done. They break in cars, people getting robbed. Now these apartments are very nice on the the outside and passing by, but I wouldn t want to live there at all especially if you want to call it home........

Weve lived at Pinnacle Southtowne for almost a year.. the apartments are beautiful since they are brand new. We have two small children and worry about making noise ourselves but realized our noise only lasts throughout the day and ends at 7pm. Some noise is always normal in apartment life. We are right next to the pool and hot tub and that is only a problem during the weekends. Our biggest complaint would be about people and their pets not cleaning up after them or having them run around without a collar. The staff has alwa... read more

The apartments are beautiful, so is the community, but the staff and management is less than desireable. They just care about filling the units. Dont expect them to respond quickly to noise complaints or service issues. I would not recommend this community. Its not worth the hassle for the cost of living there.

The apartments are roomy and clean and priced decently. The residents are very friendly and most people have things out on their porch. Its usually very quiet around here too. Sometimes there are kids out playing in the evenings, but most of the time its quiet and the apartments are pretty secluded. Most people dont know theyre back here, although were right next to an older subdivision and across Air Depot from Rose College. These apartments do not have any insulation between first floor and second floor apartments. Sounds like people are coming through the ceiling if they are just walking around. Not a good deal if you want to get some sleep.
