We would give 10 stars if we could! Pinnacle has worked tirelessly with our insurance company--our insurance company has been quite difficult to deal with. We are grateful for not only the work they have done on the administrative side, but also for our new roof. They did an amazing job and the crew that was here to put our roof on was friendly and hard-working. We will continue to work with Pinnacle in the future and will recommend them when applicable. As a result of Hurricane Helene, a fallen 100 year-old oak tree caused major damage to our roof and interior ceiling. A roofing company took care of our roof repairs, but afterwards we needed to get our interior ceilings back to normal. Andrew from Pinnacle Roofing Systems came by our place and quickly had his drywall team assess the damage and give us an estimate.
