This is a delayed review from 2025. I want to take a moment and explain in a manner where it gives justice to this man’s integrity. We had a section on our roof that needed repair previous to this last repair, during my search, I saw one post of a person stating how honest Chris was. Edited to include owner's absolute lack of professionalism & respect: Not only was the work shoddy and ineffective, but the owner showed up with his dog in the truck because, as he told us, the dog couldn't be trusted at home with his other dogs due to aggression. Guess what happened when the truck window was left open- his dog jumped out and attacked our dog. Original review: Paid for roof repair due to leak. Still leaking. Contacted business owner Chris 7 months ago, who said he would come check it out then ghosted me.
Chris and his crew did an exceptional job for us. They were in and out in a day and we had a wonderful looking new roof.
Crew was amazing. organized, professional, & clean. Got the old roof off & new roof on in just a few days. No mess. My neighbors were impressed with the work. I would recommend Pinnacle Roofing to anyone considering replacing or repairing their roof.
