I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I needed to for Pinnacle. One of our neighbors had their solar roof done by them last year and spoke very highly of their experience. We weren’t looking for solar, but decided to reach out anyway since our neighbors were so happy with the work. No call,no show. Wasted my afternoon waiting for these jokers. Dont waste your time
Approximately a decade ago Pinnacle Roofing Professionals replaced our roof and did an excellent job. Recently we reach out to them again for a roof repair due to windstorm damage. It was a bit of an unusual situation, but they were willing to work with it. Keith was particularly helpful in facilitating the job. A very professional contractor which I would definitely recommend.
Despite the rather miserable weather, the Pinnacle Crews did a great job - fast, friendly, and with some amazing carpentry repair work. Thank you all very much. We were recommended to call Pinnacle by a family friend. This company didn’t work with the type of roofing material I had an issue with. However, the man who came out to see the problem assessed the issue and told me where it was. This helped us immensely. What a kind company. If we have issues on our other properties, we will definitely call Pinnacle.
