Disappointed about my experience with Pinnacle roofing. I did a full roof replacement a couple years back and I have been having issues with leaks happening in my garage from an area of the roof that was not done correctly. I have had them come out to give their opinion but they said redoing the flashing was not in my original quote so the fact that it leaked is not their fault and is instead something I would need to have taking up a section of shingle and redone. We were very pleased with Pinnacle Roofing for the quality of work and attention to detail they provided. Josh was great explaining in detail to us about what was being done and that was something we appreciated. There were 8 people on our roof at one time, which enabled them to get our roof completed in 1 day. Also, cleanup was thorough and nothing was left behind before the job was complete. We lost numerous shingles during hurricane Helene and after contacting our insurance carrier I called Pinnacle Roofing to have them inspect our roof. Pinnacle response was immediate and they made an emergency repair and walked us through the process of filing our claim. After the insurance adjuster determined we needed a new roof we called Pinnacle for their estimate.
