Absolute worse experience with a real estate agent. First off Kate didn't find any of the listings, she set the appointments based only on the properties I found. Once at the properties, she had no idea how to open lock boxes, my mother guided her with a Youtube video for access to homes. She had no idea of specs on homes we saw, our routes for the day based upon my navigation, Kate followed me. I found a home, Kate had no idea of negotiations, she often explained or said she didn't know, that this was only her part time job... read more
