What an awful company, the representative arrived late and appeared to be intoxicated, I was extremely uncomfortable. Honestly, it’s just not worth it. And this is not a fake review, I did deal with Wes directly but he insisted on putting everything under the name of my male partner despite my requests, which felt sexist to me, and explains why he does not remember me.
Okay, I am not the type who would comment or write review on anyone but I just have to do this so people who are thinking of looking into doing business with this place would do a little research and dig a little further to see if this is the right Real Estate Service for you. First off, I would never go to back to this real estate service ever again. My girlfriend and i rent a townhouse from Wes and we have been very happy with our experince. We have had very few issues in the year we have spent here but when we noticed that our toilet had a small leak wes had a new one in the next day. He has been very easy to get in contact with and has done a great job taking care of our place. Im writing this review because earlier this week i noticed a small crack in our tub and right away Wes had someone over to look at repairing it. I would happily rent from him again
Wes has gone above and beyond to make sure that any issues we have are resolved. There have been some minor things that needed to be checked out and/or fixed, which he does within a day or two of us mentioning it. He responds very quickly to his tenants and is extremely respectful. I would definitely recommend renting through him!
