We lived at canyon reserve at the ranch in westminister and it financially ruined us the office decided to keep a 11 hundred dollar security depositor no reason and charge us rent for the month of july even though our lease ended and we moved out in june! When we called this number to complain they just blindly stood behind there office workers saying "oh they have been here a long time". A piece of advice, stay away from any property run by pinnacle they are basically a slum lord in company from.

Palomino Park is in breach of all of its residents lease agreements and illegally pre-signs tow authorizations for residents who have registered their cars. Colorado law states that all non consensual tows must be signed off by at the time of the tow and that pre-signed authorizations are not allowed.
