Brand new apartment in Clarkston Townes at clarkston centre are ran by them and trash already the water pressure is so low I can barely take a hot shower also trying to connect ga power in my apartment but ga power can’t find my apartment number stating it doesn’t exist.
There is Chaetomium one of the most toxic forms of mold in my apartment. I paid $412 to have it tested after you said you had “taken care of” the problem here at Affinitee of Stone Mountain by Halleema. It is one of the most toxic forms of mold and a known carcinogen. Rather than do anything about it I have been asked to leave my apartment home with only 4 days of notice requiring me to pay money for moving services if $800, new deposit, new first months rent at another facility. This company hired us to to some concrete cleaning for them back in OCTOBER 2023. 4,000 dollar job. And they told us they don’t have the money to pay after the job was completed. And will not pay their bill. Horrible company with no morals or ethics. Owner tells us they don’t have the funds to pay us. Joke!!
This place is a joke for one thing whenever you call the office you get a voicemail or you get a phone number that you can't talk to a live person they tell you to leave a message but never get back with you.
