You have a property that continues to have to have the police called. There was a shooting . They have 12 cars in the road not even there driveway. Do not rent from them they don’t care about the fact they shot randomly and it hit the neighbors property. 225 Bow Church Rd. They need to go. We don’t need shootings and loud crazy parties. Michelle, we were alerted to the situation at this property last month and have been working to rectify it. Criminal activity on a property is a violation of the lease and we take these situations very seriously. An eviction has been filed because of lease violations. We have confirmed the magistrate has received our filing. The tenant requested a court date and we are awaiting it to be scheduled. As a current tenant I have recently experienced a situation in my rental home that required this company’s immediate attention. First I contacted their emergency help line where my information was taken and was told that I would receive a call the next day. When I did not, I contacted the main office and was told that because my house was not on fire or flooding that my situation was not considered an emergency. RecommendedKelly Lawless gets things done and the few times I needed a maintenance issue she was very quick to get me the help. If the rest are as awesome as Kelly then absolutely I would recommend. I have here for 15 yrs 5 diff management companies and Kelly’s been the best.
