I wouldn't rent from here unless I had absolutely no other option. I wad paying rent, more than what was due, they evicted me. Come to find out, they charged me rent and security for 2 months; one month before my lease started. The owner signed my receipts but his son came to court pretending to be the landlord and put a bunch of false charges on my ledger. Turns out, they were selling the building and just trying to get people out.
The apartment complex was cozy
