They've helped us managed several units and doing the hard stuff like move-in, move-out, mediation, rent collection etc and they have come through for us every single time. I went to apply for this apartment Glen Oaks in Hayward Apparently, there is some major changes. It was SO HARD to speak to someone after applying,giving over $200 and being denied the same day of applying.And I spoke to some tenants and they told me that thier mail boxes had been broken in SEVERAL TIMES and another tenant that was actually moving out told and me, its a tow truck that comes in that GATED community, and if he THINKS a vehicle isn't parked where it supposed to be...he is towing it! I’ve been with Gina for almost a year now. Gina has an amazing attention to detail when drafting contracts. She is also able to find great tenants. She works with her husband who has been able to help provide advice on repairs or can do the repairs himself. This is a huge time and money saver when you are not close to the property to check in on it yourself.

This is the property management service you're looking for! Lots of companies have promised to make me a priority and look out for my best interests. Gina is the first property manager I've found who actually follows through.
