Jeremiah and Kim are so sweet and personable, while still very professional. Anytime we've had maintenance issues, they are quick to respond and careful to respect us. We have had no problems with them.
This is the best company from whom I have ever rented. The only reason I am not still not with them is because I relocated out of the area. Whenever I had a need, or a problem arose, it was always handled in a timely manner, usually the next day. My property was always kept in an immaculate condition, & I could not have asked for better landlords. If I ever returned to the area, I would definitely rent only from Pinnacle Properties.
I've never felt more welcome into a place! My townhome had everything that I need and more! I'm enjoying the new smell lol! Kim Rose has been great through this entire experience, very generous and caring! Couldn't have picked a better place to rent from!
