First, I have not bought a pool from Pinnacle pools and spas yet. They continue to use my driveway and my yard to move in my customers pool. This pool has been going on forever So in the back of my customer's yard there is a monstrosity that's been sitting there. Typically untouched a big hole for one of my children to fall into. We have a contract that states our pool will be done in 14 weeks. It is week 30 and it is STILL NOT DONE! We have had issues every step of the way from changes to our contracted specs without consultation, sales guy made promises Premier didn't intend to honor (if you do work with them get EVERYTHING specifically spelled out in writing), to flooding our basement, months of no returned phone calls, and more issues than I can list here. When Premier Pools came to sell me a pool they said they were building pools in 10 weeks. Their contract said 10-14 weeks. At the end of 18 weeks they still were not done with my pool. They refused to give any concessions due to their delays. I also had all kind of issues during the process as well. Paid for a change order to add decking. They cashed the check for the addition, but would not give me more decking. They said I had already had more sq footage than I was supposed to, so I should be happy.
