Upon meeting with Darryl the owner, everything sounded great. Once I established service, the schedule for the first 2 weeks was inconclusive. They wanted to set the appointment day on a Monday, which didnt work for me. They gave me no other option. They are out of Simi and Im in Moorpark and they acted like I was in malibu distance wise. They even broke down how much they would be making and servicing my pool and it didnt "make sense" to send a tech out on another day.
