My therapist was amazing. This review is in no way about her. But the clinical director dismissed me with no warning. And couldn’t even speak with me as to why. When I first started attending, I was overcharged numerous times by the front desk receptionist as well with not so much as an apology for her error but she tried to say that’s how her (personal) insurance was charged 😒 the clinical director seems to be more focused on money than actual progress or why appointments had to be rescheduled.
