My husband and I had a back up problem and we found Pinnacle Plumbing online. I wish I would have never called them.... I was told that they could send someone over for an estimate by 3pm, they didnt show up till 6:30pm... not even a call to let me know they were late. Anyway, thats not half the story. The customer service was awful, the guy who came didnt say much but... "um, yeah, um... yeah." Not very informative. They ended up quoting us around 400.00 dollars for a new access to our sewage line because they couldnt acces... read more
