Look! I have been a patient for at least 9 years and ALL I can say is. Thank you to JR and the wonderful team here. When I first encounter these folks I told them that I may not show up second day because of pad therapy offices and the teams not really caring and compassionate about the clients or their jobs for that matter. Amazing trainers and PTs. We are so happy to have found Kyra and JR!!
Have been undergoing PT before and after biceps tendon repair. Everyone is extremely nice. Katie is very attuned to my progress and listens intently to me. Our sessions are always good and she modifies my home exercises accordingly. My surgeon told me it would take 6 months to get back to “normal.” With the great folks at Pinnacle I am in it to the end.
I had never had physical therapy. The entire team at Pinnacle has been so kind to me. JR takes care of my back, and the rest of the crew is so welcoming and always ready to help! Love this place.
