RecommendedFor one very friendly atmosphere nice and clean they're concerned about you carrying they know what they're doing and I would recommend it to anyone
The people who worked in the front desk are just plain mean. I called in to cancel because I was sick with the flu- I understand I did not call within 24 hours to cancel but I thought they’d be more understanding because being sick with a FLU is a good reason to cancel because I did not want to get anybody else sick. So with that being 2 stars and being charged $30 for cancellation for being sick with the flu is just ridiculous.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Pinnacle Therapy. The facility, located in Dallas, made scheduling convenient, the staff is friendly and professional. My appointments were always scheduled and met on time. My therapists provided me with excellent care and instruction for exercises to do at home. In short, I am grateful for my treatment at Pinnacle. Thank you Pinnacle!

I have been suffering from vertigo since a motorcycle accident in June '16. The therapist used a special maneuver to reposition the crystals in my inner ear - no more vertigo! Thank you so much!
The professionalism of the team members made a huge difference in my experience after my fatal accident. I recommend them. I would go back after my recovery from my coming up surgery in December.
