Very unorganized.. Argumentative..Staff.. would not recommend nor will I return. In fact the periodontist that I saw didn't stay long enough to have even done the procedure if I had wanted it done there. His plan on day of visit suddenly changed when they called to schedule the procedure.. and on top of that the scheduler argued that the treatment plan she was reviewing was my only option. Dr. Carlisle did an awesome job on my gum graft. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Carlisle and his assistant Melanie (?) were so nice and gentle during my procedure. They did everything to make me comfortable. When it was over, I asked if he could give me a prescription for pain medicine. I told him that I’ve been stuck without any before, and after it wakes up OMG the pain!!! He prescribed something for pain. It’s not just him. Every oral surgeon, dentist, etc. are very leary about prescribing narcotics. I can understand but when it starts to wake up, it hurts really bad. I would recommend Pinnacle Periodontics to anyone. Everyone who works in this office is amazing. I have never had dental care that was so painless, professional and timely. If you are in need of of a periodontitis please contact this office. You will not be disappointed by the care and service you will receive.

I have had at least 30-50 dental procedures prior to Dr. Carlisle & it needs to be said; he & his staff are far above & beyond component & professional they treated me so well and one day post op I can already tell how much less damage & rummaging around he did in my mouth and what an amazing job he did getting in there doing it right and setting me off on the path to healthy healing!
