My wife and I went to this clinic on January 30, 2026, to have some lab work done. As of today, February 24, 2026, we are still waiting to hear back from the doctor about our results. I’ve called the clinic more than 15 times. They only answered twice, and both times they apologized and said they would leave a note for the doctor. Unfortunately, no one ever followed up with us. Another family centered medicine refugee, that was left in the cold with no Doctor and no means to see anyone when sick. I have reported to the state of Colorado and so should every patient who is unable to request records.
They will not answer their phones and the MA will not text me back. They have also had almost every staff member from Family Centered Medicine quit since they transitioned over to this practice.
